Working strategically means knowing where I want to go and aligning the tools and actions available to me with that direction. It means letting go of what keeps me feeling hemmed in and beginning to make conscious choices. Words, images, ideas and actions begin to work together.
Our personal history is part of this, too. Our successes, feelings, fears and past experiences influence what we think, decide and do today. By understanding these connections and making sense of them in a new way, we create the inner conditions that help our plans take shape.
Working with the spiritual dimension—with intuition, energy and a connection to something greater—broadens our perspective and opens up the full field of possibilities. Even what once seemed impossible can become possible.
