We tell ourselves stories about who we are, how others see us, and what is possible for us in a given situation. Over time, these stories become so familiar that we hold them to be absolute. They determine what we perceive, how we present ourselves,
how we speak, decide, and act.
Some stories have provided us with guidance or protection for a long time. When we recognize what we tell ourselves and what purpose this story serves, we understand ourselves better. This is where my counseling begins.
We make visible which story is currently at play and how it shapes your perception. Your new perception of the situation allows you to create a new story – and with it, what is right for you in your personal life and career.

I offer consulting and teaching in German and English. For other languages, an interpreter can be provided if needed. I work online and in person, with all cultures and age groups, in Hamburg, Berlin, Florence, and upon request in other cities and countries as well.
